Recently I worked in chestnut garden Avenue as an agency RN. I would say most mismanaged place in Monash Health. One of the staff was complete bully, not doing anything except giving orders to me every five mins. There is no system or process in place to guide new staff or agency staff. Complete mess. I really feel sorry for residents there
My dad has moved here in a tough time in his dementia journey and the staff were all too helpful! For what the place is designed for, it is very nicely presented and clean. My dad can not say thank you so I will. Thank you.
