I dont even want to give them one star. I called ahead of time to cancel an appointment with them a week ago because my husband didnt have transportation to take our daughter. Then, today all of my kids had to leave school sick and vomitting so we forgot to cancel the appointment my son had today. What did the receptionist AND doctor do?
