We would follow this director (Shuai) anywhere! Shuai was previously the Hampton location’s director & at that time my kiddos were all thriving. We were devastated when she left & unfortunately couldn’t get over the drastic difference in care so ended up unenrolling. Chesterfield is a 30 min drive from our home but I would do this drive any day to get a peace of mind that my kids are taken care of. Summer & the rest of the team at chesterfield are amazing too! Shuai the center director is amazing and always making sure the families have what they need. She is supportive with her staff and makes sure they are taken care of. She loves the families and helps anytime there is a problem. Our families love her and so do the children. She is 10/10.
Amazing staff here. They are incredible with the kids and very attentive to their needs. The new management is fantastic and always keeps parents informed. You will not regret sending your children here!
