I’ve lived in Chesterfield since 2005. I never missed or was late on a payment. Then this year, I put the incorrect due date in my phone and missed it by 3 days. I called and explained 1. I’ve lived here for 21 years 2. I’ve never missed or been late on any type payment. I requested a one time forgiveness. Nope. No dice. Makes it hard to have empathy/Sympathy for government employees when they seem to not possess the ability to reciprocate.
They charge convenience fee for paying bill electronically. You would think it's convenient for them if we pay electronically. Added extra tax on my vehicle from original statement for no reason.
