Had the best DMV experience of my life here. Went in, was seen at my appointment time, and was out in an efficient manner. The employees are kind and helpful. What a wonderful surprise!

The customer service over the phone needs huge improvement! I had a question regarding on paying car taxes after it was recently sold. When I spoke to the first agent, she transferred me to a different department and the next agent also transferred me. I was transferred 4 times and the problem was not resolved. I just went to the citizen portal website and tried to resolve problem on my own. The agents do not have any knowledge and are not professional.
