Couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Green Meadows. The facility is updated and there are ongoing renovations happening. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the management is present and engaged. Communication was good and we always felt heard if we had a question or concern. Therapy is top notch.

Clyde, Kai, Ms. Jackson, Nicole, and Shirl stand out. They’ve been the best for me. They treat me very, very well. Tanner, Maddie, and Anna are very helpful… if I need something or to go out on a trip, or just to talk, giving me something to do. Mike and Mena from maintenance are always there for me if I need something. Joanne takes care of my supplies. They don’t think about themselves. I’ve been here now more than five years. I like Marilyn. I wish Marlene was still on my floor. She helped me out a lot. I like Corey and O’Brian in physical therapy. I like Mike the driver. He’s my buddy.

Green Meadows is a great, comfortable environment for retirees and senior citizens. It offers confident medical care. The rehabilitation department does an outstanding job. I personally have recovered from a mild stroke on my left side. I have been able to rebuild the muscles on my left side to a pre-stroke capacity. To be fair, the food provided by its own kitchen is very edible, but like a lot of institutional menus and food, it has to please a great number of tastes in order to get the highest regards. Positive experience. The facility was clean and staff and management were professional, kind and caring. Would recommend for anyone needing rehab or extended care.
