I visited a friend at 12:30. Her breakfast tray was still on the table crossing her lap. A lady came in saying “ lunch”. I asked what the first tray was. She said “ breakfast”! I had to hold the breakfast tray so she could put the lunch tray down. Certainly in the last several hours someone should have taken away her breakfast tray. When I left, all the trays were in the hall letting out unpleasant odors. Hopefully this practice can be corrected.

We visited our sister today for a bit over an hour. She enthusiastically gave us a tour of the facility. It felt good to meet the residents she has gotten to know after being there a relatively short amount of time (6days). Her room was clean and neat . The hallways seemed clean. The staff greeted our sister in friendly ways. The receptionist at the front desk was helpful. Our sister seems to be settling in with much progress. Thank you for asking for our opinion. My aunt is staying here and I have visited a couple of times. The patients seem to be in good spirits, the staff is kind and friendly, and I look forward to visiting her again soon.
