Green meadows deserves a real 5 stars. From when you walk in, you feel so welcomed from the receptionist to the nursing staff. The facility is looks great and always has a great scent! The only place I would put a loved one!
The renovations of the place are beautiful. It is kept very clean. Management can be improved a little bit. The nurses are great.
On the first floor by the elevator there is cardboard where there should be a wall. When you reach your floor it smells like sewage. I found my mother in a see through hospital gown.I can see her breasts and her belly and her other private areas. The juices are sugar based like hi c or hawaiian punch. The food was made up of hot.Dogs and half cooked food. The fish dinner was the fish was unedible cooked burnt on one side and raw on the other side. The food was inedible.
