Had mobile screen replaced, had to take it back after 3 months as it was loose at the bottom of the screen. I didn’t expect much going back, i just they would at least look at it. The guy behind the counter was rude, kept coming up with silly excuses, then he says the frame is bent when the phone is still in its case on the counter. He wouldn’t even bother to look at it. I've just had the battery replaced in my iPhone SE, so haven't had it long enough to say how good the new battery is. However this review is about something that gave me a lot of concern when I took the phone in for repair. I had to tell give them my pass code, apparently so they could check the repair had worked. This had not been mentioned anywhere on the website, and since I had to leave the phone with them for a couple of hours they would have ample opportunity to access all the personal and financial information on my p... read more
Fantastic service! Iphone wouldn’t restart after update, tried everything just wouldn’t come back on. Dropped it off at the Chester repair centre and they fixed it
Do not go to these people they use cheap parts and pretend the real they are common men little boys who think they’re men and shout and scream when you disagree with them do not go to them
