I have had Chester do my taxes for a few years and have not had issue until last year but this year took the cake. I am in the process of buying a new home. I handed off all my necessary documents to Chester in March & asked if he could put a rush on my taxes. I told him I’d be happy to pay an extra fee. No response. After 6 weeks of waiting, numerous unanswered emails, phone calls, & texts, we were finally able to pick up our UNFINISHED tax documents and get them done with someone else. Not surprisingly, it took the other person less than 3 hours to get our taxes prepared and filed. I will say that when Chester did reply to ONE of our texts, he blamed the lady that works for him. I don't know if this place is still in business, whether taking new clients or not. I sent a simple email asking if they were taking new clients and if so, can they assist with out of state taxes because for a lack of better words we haven't been diligent in filing our taxes since we moved from the west coast to the east coast. The response I received back on my email was "no, quit bothering me please" and "please do not contact me again" when all I sent was the initial email.
