We attended story time at Chester Library, and it was wonderful! Ms Joy truly lives up to her name—she was an absolute joy. My daughter loved her from the moment the program started. Story time included books, songs, puppets, and lots of fun interaction that kept the children engaged and excited. Ms Joy does a fantastic job making reading fun while creating a warm and welcoming environment for families. This is such a great activity for young children, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
