I have booked a few sport massages with Andy and so far he has been professional and eager to help, tailoring the sessions to what I need. I will certainly be booking more sessions!
I have been to Andy a few times now for sports massages and he is great at his job. He has helped me stay active with a relatively high training load. Each time I come away from our sessions I feel fresh, loose and all my niggles and muscle tightness have disappeared. I would highly recommend him to anyone who does any type of exercise or not who is looking to relieve and muscle tightness or soreness that they have. He is a very knowledgeable guy and puts you at ease going into any session you have with him.
