Terrible customer service. Super rude manager that don’t feel like doing her job. Ever since they changed owners the service went down hill. My whole family went there for years prior and they were great. But I purchased a pair of costas and had them fill the script. That took 6 weeks to come in (not their fault). Then about 10 months later they ended up breaking. Costa has a warranty program for glasses that offer free replacements. Been going to Dr Johnston for years. My daughters go also. He’s very thorough and we have a good time. Betsy is also very efficient and friendly with ordering the glasses and contacts. They are so accommodating with any adjustments needed. I highly recommend!!
