I currently have a formal complaint ongoing with this firm. I have been asked to remove a negative review and accused of making false representations, which I dispute. I hope the complaint is resolved promptly, however based on my current experience I would not recommend this firm.
We would highly recommend Katie Wilson from Chester & co! Not once did we have to do the chasing for anything Katie informed us very quickly on everything, she was very quick with responding to us and was very helpful. We are so grateful to Katie for getting our house completed before Christmas when all the odds were stacked against us!
My experience with Chester & Co Solicitors was poor and fell significantly below what I would reasonably expect from a regulated firm. One transaction was delayed for over a year. Throughout this period, I was repeatedly advised that the buyer’s solicitor was hindering progress.
