My dad entered Chestelm for short term rehab after breaking his hip. The PT/OT/Social work staff are exceptional. He is going home stronger than before his surgery. The nursing staff were attentive, kind and caring and always went above and beyond in their service and assistance. The daily recreation options made his stay more pleasant and helped to pass the long days. The food was always very good. We are thankful for a wonderful experience at a difficult time.
One bad (one star, by Julie Ciucias) review was not clear. Looks like most if not all other reviews are quite positive. My friend started there about 1 week ago. Food (dinner) was not bad. The lounge chair looked like it needed cleaning as well as the floor.

One of the best decisions I ever made was moving my mom to Chestelm Health and Rehabilitation Center. Everyone at the Chestelm is dedicated to providing expert care and kindness to everyone. Yesterday, my family and I attended a summer picnic on the grounds for residents and families. It was all hands on deck by the staff to make sure everyone had fun.
