Would give zero stars if I could actually minus 5 stars. Unlike other banks that issue temporary credits when you are a victim of fraud Chessie doesn't. They make you wait till the fraud department finishes the investigation to put your money back and reimburse the overdraft fees caused by the fraud. Even when it is a extremely obvious fraud for festival tickets in Arizona when you live in frostburg md. and have never ever bought tickets for anything.
I have always received superb customer service from the staff at Chessie FCU.
