I've been banking with them for years, but there always seems to be a problem. When I had a loan with them they never applied payments properly, they would constantly take money out of my father's account instead of mine. They never even looked at the loan slips they made me fill out! They also took money from my mother's account and put it in a Christmas fund without her knowledge and refused to do anything about it when she noticed. Back in 2008 I got a loan. I had some tough years and credit score was a little low. They were the only people to give me a loan. Now I'm good and anytime I need a loan no problems.
My wife and I and receive excellent financial services from Chessie. We visit our Keyser Branch probably twice each week, primarily to withdraw cash/invest money and get any questions clarified. We are greeted on a first name basis and enjoy similar community friendly exchanges with all of the staff at our local Chessie office. Chessie has provided my family with excellent services for many years, many years.
