Our child very much enjoyed Chess Wizards! He always enjoys it and learns a lot. Consistently a terrific program!
My son loves chess and his love has grown since starting chess wizards with him asking for a personal chess set and asking consistently to play with my father and grandfather. Usually when he tries new things and has a hard time or loses at something he gets upset but with chess he's patient and enthused to try harder each game. Thank you!
I highly recommend Chess Wizards! I’ve been at the summer camp with Osbaldo P., a Chess Wizards Instructor, and he is fantastic. He is kind, and it's clear that the kids love him. When he walks into the room, the kids get so excited and engaged. Osbaldo is also very skilled at chess, and his teaching style encourages critical thinking. He provides the kids with multiple strategies, helping them improve their chess game. My son really enjoyed his chess club at school but it would have been nice if the instructor gave real feedback of what happened in the club that particular day and what level the child is currently in when picking up or in an email afterwards, etc
