I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience at Chessler Shoes today! Very friendly staff
Overly pushy!! Went into this store prepared to spend a good amount of money on Birkenstocks ... Sales lady would not leave me alone. I wanted to browse. I told her I would ask for assistance when I needed it. She kept asking/bugging me. I left. No sale from me today lady!
I detest shoe shopping with a passion. It is a constant battle to find ANYTHING that fits properly. A day before going on a work trip my work shoes up and died. It can take weeks/months to find shoes I can wear pain free. Wearing crocs for my presentations was not going to cut it. So late on a Saturday, I got a perfect pair of loafers. These ladies were determined to find me something I could wear. I will definitely be back
Very poor customer service. We were in yesterday looking for shoes for my hubby it was like we didn’t exist and we were the only customers! Went to Beckers downtown which was very busy and they were amazing!
