I visited this shop today looking for a pair of walking shoes. I was prepared to spend a lot of money(for me). The salesperson who assisted me was amazing!! She suggested different brands, asked me what my budget was & proceeded to bring out shoes she thought would work for me. The entire time she was patient & kind,giving me the customer service I haven’t experienced in a long time!!
Very friendly customer service in a low pressure environment. Lots of sales going on. I would definitely recommend this store for all your shoe needs. Very wide selection of Birkenstocks, Sketchers, and New Balance shoes, including pickleball shoes for both men and women.
Although I’ve actually never been in this store, I recently did some online shopping. Robin went above and beyond to help me get some shipping issues sorted (Canada post strike related). The time and effort she put in to help me and make it possible for my mom to get her Christmas gift was above and beyond customer service. Thank you.
