November 2025 update: You can tell a lot about a company by the service they provide after the sale. My sauna is now six years old and out of warranty. Adele, Harry, and Brock really went to bat for me with the manufacturer and got my problem resolved. I am extremely pleased, and convinced that this is a great company to do business with. I’ve been a customer for years, purchasing both a grill and hot tub, as well as associated consumables. While I’ve had some unexpected issues with the hot tub, they’ve gone out of their way to stand behind their products, providing top notch customer service, making up for any of the manufacturing shortcomings. I highly recommend them.
Chesapeake Spas is the absolute best. The products are fantastic and customer service is phenomenal. We bought our first hot tub from them when we arrived in MD, and 20 years later it was still working fine. We decided to get a new tub as our 25th anniversary present, and, as always great product, great service. When a manufacturing issue arose with the 2nd tub, Chesapeake Spas was on top of getting it resolved. We are on our 3rd tub from them and we absolutely love it.
I had a wonderful experience with Chesapeake Spas. Adele's customer service was amazing. The crew that moved my hot tub was extremely professional, thorough, and helpful with answering my questions. Would absolutely recommend them and will definitely use them again. Their pricing was extremely fair.
