Super duper great service. All staff answer the phone every time and answer the questions to I need. Great prices for quality spa accessories and chemicals. Never fail to disappoint and we'll continue to return.
I originally came across Chesapeake Spas around buying accessories for my Big Green Egg. They have every BBQ, Smoker, Grill, seasoning, and toy (Bug Assault) you can think of. I eventually ended up buying a Hot Springs Grandee thru them and love it. Their staff and service have always been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I always enjoy walking thru their store to pick up supplies and find something new. Keep up the great work Harry, Brock and team!

Very sad/bad experience. I'm a minority and my non-minority friend referred me to this business. We REALLY wanted to purchase a $35K swim spa as quickly as possible. However, the guys at Chesapeake Spas were so rude and inconsiderate, we were forced to look elsewhere. To give some examples: We had to wait for (what appeared to be) the manager to finish eating his shrimp even though we were standing right there in front of him at the counter.
