I had a really great experience here! I really wanted a salt spa but everywhere I went it was so far outside my budget I was about to settle for chlorine. So glad I came to Chesapeake Spas--they had what I was looking for significantly cheaper than other places I'd looked AND it's a really great tub that I expect to last a very long time. November 2025 update: You can tell a lot about a company by the service they provide after the sale. My sauna is now six years old and out of warranty. Adele, Harry, and Brock really went to bat for me with the manufacturer and got my problem resolved. I am extremely pleased, and convinced that this is a great company to do business with. I’ve been a customer for years, purchasing both a grill and hot tub, as well as associated consumables. While I’ve had some unexpected issues with the hot tub, they’ve gone out of their way to stand behind their products, providing top notch customer service, making up for any of the manufacturing shortcomings. I highly recommend them.
