Chesapeake Serenity Massage is absolutely amazing! I have been several times and have seen both Heather and Jen. Prior to going to Chesapeake I had seen two chiropracters, an acupuncturist, a pelvic floor specialist and a physical therapist for postpartum pain. A few sessions at Chesapeake is what helped me the most with recovery. I always feel refreshed and rejuvenated after a session. I wish I could go every week :)

Jen is the best! She knows how to give a massage that is relaxing and productive at getting rid of the pain!
I walked into Chesapeake Serenity a big ball of stress. As soon as I laid down on the table my stress started to disappear. I was so relaxed even though my muscles were getting the deep workout they needed. I could have stayed on that table all day. I left all my stress at Chesapeake Serenity and walked out a new person!
