Good afternoon, how can I schedule an appointment with the pediatrician for my baby? I don't speak English and it's difficult for me to schedule an appointment by phone. Thank you.
Very rude staff if you don’t follow their guidelines to the letter. I didn’t even get past making an appointment because the reception started literally lecturing me and wouldn’t let me speak. Like I get having a bad day, I’ve had them too, but that was seriously uncalled for
Worst pediatricians I have ever been to. Half way do the exams, do not take concerns seriously and still expect to be paid.
Extremely rude front desk staff. Always starting the conversation with what can’t be done and their limitations (not enough doctors on staff, “everyone quitting at once”, far out appointment dates, etc.) before even finding out the reason for the call or stop-in. Dismissive and unwarranted rudeness.
Some providers are better than others, the sick walk in hours are chaos and not worth it. Overall good care though.
