Extremely rude front desk staff. Always starting the conversation with what can’t be done and their limitations (not enough doctors on staff, “everyone quitting at once”, far out appointment dates, etc.) before even finding out the reason for the call or stop-in. Dismissive and unwarranted rudeness.

Some providers are better than others, the sick walk in hours are chaos and not worth it. Overall good care though.

I took my son to this location 3 months ago to see Dr. Kagan. He proceeded to not listen to us. He was rude. When we brought up the fact that my son was allergic to antibiotics. He quickly dismissed us and said he's not allergic to these. Actually, He was allergic and we had just spent hours at CHKD Urgent care a month prior to this for the exact same prescription. This is my kids primary pediatrics but I’m considering elsewhere. You can never get a hold of someone for prescription refills. It’s always by voicemail which makes it extremely hard to find out whether or not they filled it. The staff is NOT kid friendly. I brought my son in for a sick visit and demonstrated he is autistic. They were very frustrated and had no patience from the very beginning and then charged me an outrageous lab fee for a COVID test! I had no idea the bill was even out there. Never received it in mail.
