I've had a wonderful experience with Chesapeake Medical Billing. They have been doing my insurance billing for a year now, and it has been great. I have no complaints, and recommend them to my colleagues regularly.
Terrible. Just terrible. I wish I could give no stars. Not even located at the picture provided. It must be operated by one person and she has no customer service skills. Says one thing does another. Makes appointments and breaks them. Never answers the phone. You can leave a voice mail but she never calls back and when she finally does, it sounds like she is in a bathroom or something. Shady business practices at best. Stay away.
Called into this business looking to learn about their services and was greeted by the rudest receptionist. Took my business elsewhere. Don't bother.
