The city that "cares" will do anything other than care about its own employees. They charge you money for your own W2, claiming they sent one, not sending it, and then charging you money for your own tax paperwork. I feel so relieved not to work there anymore and cannot wait until after this tax year when I do not have to depend on them for anything because they will always charge you money and treat you poorly when they can.
