Sara Hite does an amazing job! She knows her job and is very good at it. Her customer service skills are on point and because of her, our financial service needs are always met in an accurate and timely manner. She is a keeper!
I can't trust their bank manager, Sarah, so I'll move my money back to a bank I can trust . After getting charged $200 in fees, the bank manager said it was my fault for not checking my account daily and would meet me halfway and credit me half back. Talking with employees from other branches, this was a lie, as most would have credited me back it all. My car got hit in their parking lot. The very nice manager called the police for me and helped me review the bank's camera footage. I don't even belong to this bank and they were so incredibly kind and nice.
I always receive friendly and fast service here.
I love this bank! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They really care about their customers and go the extra mile to assist. I go to the branch on John Tyler and they never disappoint!
