I don’t like posting reviews really especially bad ones. But she deserves a bad review. I should’ve figured what kind of business women she was when I had to reach out twice to see if she wanted my business. My friend used her last minute due to a sick photographer so I thought that showed she’d do great for my family. All soo very wrong! Cheryl takes great photos! However, my family and I were very disappointed in the customer service she provides. It took a VERY long time for us to get our wedding photos back, and we still have never gotten our wedding book that was promised in our contract (our wedding was well over a year ago). I have talked to multiple people that have experienced the same issues with her. It was very hard to get in contact with her.
