Cheryl Hawkins told me that she would be asking for an extension for my taxes because she was too busy to complete them on time. I was assured that she would take care of everything. We used her from the recommendation of a family friend. We mailed in our tax forms to her the last week of January. I had a few questions along the way and had written them on our paperwork. She never responded to any calls or e-mails. Voicemails, emails, and messages were left for her and she did not respond to anything. The tax deadline for 2022 was Monday, April 18th. I will revise this review if Cheryl Hawkins Tax and Accounting becomes responsive and rectifies prior year returns. Cheryl had me file for an extension, and has since not returned any calls or emails, despite me requesting help and providing all requested information. Essentially, I have been abandoned and left without a properly completed return for 2021, no way to track my 2020 refund.
