I feel comfortable..she listens doesn't lead....asks questions That help me focus on important points that I need to factor in my evaluation of a situation and leaves me with, "food for thought " to enhance my approach and take going forward until we can meet again.

Cheryl is very kind, easy to talk to and made insightful points to my children and me during our grief counseling. I very highly recommend her, especially for children. One of my daughters opened up to Cheryl within minutes despite being like Fort Knox her entire life to everybody else!

I saw her for my first session and she just got to know me and about my life, which was okay. A week later I went for my second session. She said, 'you're Sarah right? Your name looked familiar.' The first five minutes were here looking over her notes and asking me basic questions (including what college I go to, when I was wearing a tshirt from that college) to try to 'jog her memory.'
