I bought the 20X40 shipping container cover. Crate was totally sealed with steel straps. I was shorted one of the ratchets for tightening the straps. I contacted the company and they wanted $24 for the ratchet and $80 for shipping. They refused to send the ratchet even though it was their fault it was not in the crate. UPDATE: After going back and forth with them, they finally agreed to send the missing parts for no charge.
