Shopping at Chervin Furniture & Design was an absolute pleasure. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable but let you browse the store freely. The delivery of my table and chairs was fast and the 2 gentlemen who delivered it were lovely. I cannot say enough good things about Chervin and it will be my first stop when I am in need for new furniture.
From start to finish, Karen helped us choose our stressless chairs and coordinating sofa to fit our decor. Then, she helped us getting the right size and shape for a handstone coffee table and end table. We were so pleased with the advice she gave us and the service from CHERVIN Furniture. What a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Tracey was fabulous helping us find a sofa that fit all of our criteria and then getting fabric swatches for us. She was so patient and kind when I was so indecisive. We ended up with exactly what we wanted and couldn’t be more pleased. Great price too! The delivery service was perfection. They took off their shoes, had treats for the dog, and gave us extra plastic feet in case we needed them in the future. Superb experience. We will be going back for a sideboard!
