Missed illness. Hospitalized. Sepsis ocurred due to infection missed by staff though, jaw swelled up massively. Hospitalized unconscious three days. So, during this time CWV chose to send my daughter my LEGALLY FAULTY EVICTION NOTICE!!! While in Rehab staff began campaign of intimidation and abuse by Nursing Supervisor, K & Director of Assisted Living, KW, next day. Once, I returned home the intimidation continued, in earnest.
