Spectacular group of hard working individuals who make living there an awesome experience.
CAUTION: This development has an overly restrictive and punitive HOA. NOT Veteran friendly. I have a family member there and is now selling his home after just a couple of months because they have denied him improvements and restrictions that are vital to his health. They impose onerous fines for minor infractions and place a lien on your home if you don't pay. If you go to court, you end up paying THEIR outrageous legal fees even if you win.
