This facility is very understaffed, patients fall and are left in the hallway for all to see for quite some time before anyone finds them. There are no activities for residents besides daily "snack time" unless you want to volunteer your own time to coordinate them for a facility you're paying to care for your family member (that is presumably not a non-profit and should not require volunteers to operate).
