My wife is well looked after here. Staff are good except for languagef barrier. Management very approachable and helpful if you have any concerb

THIS IS A TERRIBLE CARE HOME. My father, John Medhurst, went here to be assessed from hospital and 3 weeks later he was dead from a Covid outbrake which did not stop the Christmas tree dressing 5 days later. Covid was passed to him by the people who work there. Staff members not wearing PPE during covid along with his personal items being stolen has made me wish I had never heard of this place and the god awful woman who runs it!!!

I visited Cherry Tree home today. I would not even give this home a 1 star but had to as would not allow to post this. I was disgusted by the way a family friend has been treated. She was in a room upstairs that was disgraceful and not clean . Dirty cardboard container with dry urine in the toilet. Wardrobe was full of rubbish. Curtains still closed at 1pm. Had not been fed or given fluids. Profile bed very high with no bed rails attached . No crash mat only a sensory mat. This bed should have been to the floor with a crash ... read more
