Very nice guy, the work, is not. They burnt up my AC power share switch, did not offer to replace it, even after I reached out later inquiring on the price of the board. The 3rd AC unit installed blows great, cold air, but the max air fan that was removed revealed open screw holes directly into my ceiling, allowing water to enter my camper, they also tore a hole in the membrane that seals my camper. I messaged him and told him about it, he said thanks for the advice, the open holes in the roof never crossed his mind.
I'm heading to Texas from Georgia in my diesel pusher. I stayed overnight at Ouachita RV. Park. The next morning my RV wouldn't start. I was referred to Robbie and gave him a call. He had his tech onsite within the hour to troubleshoot the problem. I had a bad solenoid and the part wasn't immediately available. They came up with a workaround to get me on my way. I'm grateful for their hard work and customer service. I'll recommend them to anyone. The price was more then reasonable and I'm able to continue my trip.
Most definitely satisfied with his professional work.
