I asked if I could use my 10off coupon off of 40.00 total plus reward bucks "loyal customer rewards" when walking in. I was told yes!!! Checking out... I was told that I could NOT use the 10.00 off coupon with the sale... I would not have picked some items if told correctly. I was clearly upset by this... As soon as I said that... Cherry's Hallmark will not honor Hallmark coupons to buy a Hallmark ornament. Ornaments are NOT listed on the coupon as an exclusion. Sounds a bit wrong to me. They mailed the coupon to me to be used @ Hallmark store for anything except the things listed.
