This is the worst care home i ever seen in the United Kingdom No proper organization in the care home Lack of staff Staff doesn't have any kindness and showing racism towards staff and visitors. Better try to avoid the care home.
Most unprofessional and unsightly to see and smell 3 members of staff smoking directly outside a main door to the building. Not what I like to see when visiting family. Not only does it show its standards outside but also reflects this inside as they have no chef. Does staff have the right qualifications for feeding maybe residents with nutritional food i which I’d say most elderly would need. Fantastic place I would like to thank the staff for looking after my gran and grandpa as I had been looking after them for about 2 years my self I decided to place them into loving and caring arms they took them in with open arms I have never seen them soo happy the love they give my gran and grandpa is so lovely to see, you can see how much love they have for them, and the patience they have with my gran as she sometimes doesn’t take food or medication ect and likes to be a little cheeky is soo great i couldn’t praise them ... read more
