I am absolutely appalled by the lack of concern and communication I have received from this place. My mum went in for a short stay to end up back in hospital then when I went to collect her belongings most of her pyjamas top were missing after I had bought new ones for her and labelled them too. I rang numerous times and got told someone would call me back still I heard nothing even when I requested I wanted to make a formal complaint about the careless attitude I had received nobody seems interested at all.
