I'd place a very small order (less than $7) of crimp beads from Cherry Tree. When I received it, they'd sent the wrong size. I let them know immediately but told them I appreciated how quickly I had gotten my order to me! They apologized for the mixup and sent me the correct product. THANK YOU! Because of their attentiveness, I am now a fan. P.S. Even before they'd sent the replacement order, I made a large purchase of their beads. Can't wait to get them and start doing more creating!
