We moved my parents here almost a year ago & they were so reluctant to make this change, but both are thriving!! They’ve made so many new friendships, have many activities that keep them engaged with others. They go on trips to different places on the bus. Their independent apartment is beautiful & i know they are in a safe place. The grounds are spectacular & so well cared for. There’s music performances often & so many laughs. It’s extremely well organized, the staff is fantastic. I would recommend Cherry Ridge to anyone.
We worked with Kandi Scammell to move my grandmother into the independent living apartments. Kandi was so kind and helpful in every step of this major transition. She was so responsive to our emails and left no question unanswered. It’s been a lovely transition for her and we’re so grateful.
I only had a caregiver job there, but it was lovely.
Just visited my parents who moved into a cottage last week at Cherry Ridge. From our initial contact with Laura Stamski in marketing, she worked with us to find exactly what they wanted and corresponded with me numerous times over the past year. She is absolutely the BEST!! My folks love their new home and have settled in nicely. I am so happy we found Cherry Ridge, which is very close to their previous home, AND is located in Webster where I grew up. Thank you so much Laura!!!
I would leave 0 stars if I could. My relative gave over $200K to St. Ann’s facilities in 2024. Over this past Memorial Day weekend, we visited her only to find her finger nails caked with feces, her bottom blistered from sitting in her soiled underwear for who knows how long, and her teeth rotting out of her head. This is at least the third time this has happened in the past six months.
