Just visited my parents who moved into a cottage last week at Cherry Ridge. From our initial contact with Laura Stamski in marketing, she worked with us to find exactly what they wanted and corresponded with me numerous times over the past year. She is absolutely the BEST!! My folks love their new home and have settled in nicely. I am so happy we found Cherry Ridge, which is very close to their previous home, AND is located in Webster where I grew up. Thank you so much Laura!!!
I would leave 0 stars if I could. My relative gave over $200K to St. Ann’s facilities in 2024. Over this past Memorial Day weekend, we visited her only to find her finger nails caked with feces, her bottom blistered from sitting in her soiled underwear for who knows how long, and her teeth rotting out of her head. This is at least the third time this has happened in the past six months. I work for St.Anns community. Cherry Ridge has a lot to offer, from independent living, assisted living, memory cars and special care. The staff is always so caring and its all about the elders!
