I am a 100% DISABLED combat veteran whose tradition, like many families to get a santa picture. For over 25 years my immediate family has had this done. Today was a horrendous experience solely based on the staff, unprofessionalism and tact. I did not have a reservation. I waited patiently switching from reservation to stand by. We made a reservation to take pictures with Santa on Christmas Eve and had the absolute worse customer service and experience at Square One Mall in Saugus MA. We made our reservation for 1:45pm and arrived around 1:20pm. The photographer Amanda asked us what time our appointment was and when we told her she barked back that we were late. Mind you there was another dad in line with his 6month old with a 1:45pm time slot as well. She took him and his pictures. My family and I had a terrible Santa Photo experience at Square One Mall (Saugus, MA) today with a particular photographer named “Amanda Gallagher”. There’s no other way to put it, but she’s a horrible, racist, and incompetent person. Every Christmas, my family and I come to this mall to have our photos taken with Santa. The kids love it, and we make sure to set an appointment date in advance. Worst system ever. They make you schedule a reservation and pay before. Then, when you get there, they make you wait in a 2 hour line. What's the point of the reservation? Forogt one other thing. They charge you $8 on top of everything to make the reservation that they do not honor. People, we need to stand together and stop going to these scammers. Terrible service. Zero stars.

The most anti Christmas experience ever. All around the country in malls you have Santa and opportunity to get free digital photo because it’s promo for the mall and their way to collect your emails and build loyalty. What I get there is out of nowhere bill for 70$ for 6 identical pics, the other option is to get 6 small ones the size of credit card for 40$ with no digital one.
