Avoid Cherry Hill Photo Enterprises Inc if you’re looking for a joyful experience for your children. What should have been a fun Easter Bunny photo experience turned into an unnecessarily stressful and uncomfortable situation. Staff were extremely rude and aggressive over customers simply having their phones out, even if you were just on a call or checking your device. I'm not normally one to complain but I went to take Easter pictures with my 5 month old today and the Easter bunny would not hold my son and he almost fell out of his lap twice. He wasn't wiggling away or crying, he was just slipping right off the bunnys lap. Now I get it must be difficult to be in that suit all day but this employee did not even try to adjust or hold on. Excellent experience, Bryan was an excellent photographer at Roosevelt Field Mall. Easter pictures this year went very well, better staff than usual

We had a 4:45pm reservation for holiday pictures with Santa, showed up on time and had to wait over an hour with two young kids in the rain. My kids are 2.5years and 8mos, so it was quite challenging to keep them entertained and in line for such a long time. What’s the point of making a reservation if I have to wait over an hour? To make matters worse, when we got to see Santa, he didn’t engage with us at all. No “ho ho ho”, no “Merry Christmas”…nothing. He didn’t even smile in our photos.
