Cherry Hill Photography and St Laurent Santa. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR VISIT THIS SANTA Dec 15 2024. Let's start with the reservations, we booked for 11:30 and didn't see Santa until 12:15 , with 2 kids under 8 and a newborn this is a nightmare. Had our photos done at St-Laurent, the Santa there was amazing the only reason for two stars. Everything afterwards was not. Let's start with a fellow who rubbed me the wrong way because I would not upgrade my package. I was fine receiving all the digital photos, but that is a decision I would later regret. So I received 5 of the same photo of my first daughter. When I got home the website would not recognize my email as valid. I contacted customer service. We went yesterday for Santa photos. Employees and Santa were lovely. Unfortunately our pictures were not properly attached to our e file and we were only sent half of the photos of our group. I realized the error when I returned home from the mall and emailed them to querry. They said the photos were not available. No apology. I questioned this, very upset that my parents now do not have pics with their first granddaughter for her first Christmas. We do not live in Canada, and they don't get to see her often.
