I made a reservation for photos with Santa. Santa wasn’t even at the location for pictures. Allegedly he’s running late. It’s rather unfortunate when you make reservations and plan around a schedule and time that works best for you. Now here we are waiting with an inpatient 1 year old. I was also told we get no refunds? How’s that for my daughters first Santa picture experience. Will not come again. I’d rather go somewhere else.
We didn't have a single person in line ahead of us this year and it was a breeze! (We arrived at the Dulles Town Center around 12:30pm on a Friday) Normally the photographer has to take a dozen pictures to get one good one, but this year, she took just a couple and since we purchased the digital images, they sent us them all! Not only that, but we've had the same Santa since my oldest's first visit... 11 years ago!
