Derek (Customer Service Superstar) lives up to his title. I didn't have the ability and access to deliver the E-bike (except TTC), to the store. He picked up the E-bike (without charge) within hours of initial contact. The repair was fast and done in a professional manner. He seemed very genuine with his focus on the repair and the customer care rather than the cost (which were very affordable) and payment.
