Great bike shop. Saved a box for me to ship my bike back via bike flights. Nick was extremely helpful and very enjoyable to chat with. Thanks for the help. I would highly recommend this shop.
He had my sons bike for literally MONTHS. My husband would call and text, he couldn’t be bothered to respond. It wasn’t till I messaged him saying I was going to post my experience that he finally messaged back. He claims he can only find a tire frame for 60 and parts are a year or so out. My sons tire was ran over by his father one morning with the truck. He has loads of childrens bikes in there. But claims a tire is a year or so away or he has one he can purchase for 60$. We're so lucky to have a gem like this in such a small town. Nick is super knowledgeable on all topics from tech to trails, and regularly makes adjustments and maintenance as needed without hesitation. From road bikes to downhill to gravel, Nick knows it and is great at making recommendations. Customer service is next level, Nick goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working great for you.

Nick was so helpful, enthusiastic, and informative. So easy to talk to. My bestie and I are doing a coast to coast cycle trip with her GSP in a doggy trailer, and every rest day requires some form of maintenance. I am glad that this expansively remote part of the country has access to this great bike shop! Keep up the good work:)
