Attended a tour of the Castle Hill Facility today - Blown away. Found all educators to be engaged in their roles and attentive to the children. The setting was lovely and clean and well presented. I look forward to having my daughter enrolled to such a happy and caring environment.
From the moment I called the centre in a panic to when we walked in the door we knew this was our centre. We have just relocated from Melbourne and had our 12 month in Sydney for 10 days with my mum before we travelled up to meet her. She was put on a waiting list for a Castlehill centre (Different company) which was meant to be opened by the time we relocated but wasn’t, we had toured a sister site previously and loved it but unfortunately the nursery there was full so we then sent her to the Cherrybrook sister site two day... read more
Amazing place for my kid, very caring team , considerate and wonderful environment. highly recommend, and after years of attending to this facility I am so pleased that my child is safe , happy and made a lot of friends there, thank you very much for all staff members and especially Miss Suncy.
I did work here. Suncy is a very aggressive person. She was taking so much work. Very bad experience with this Centre. I saw sleeping time she was in the baby room kids were crying they wanted a pat .just she was sitting on the chair ignore the kids she continues watching the phone. It's common sense for kids to need a pat without pat little kids can't sleep. I feel hurt.
