Brilliant take living care of my mum I feel completely safe with these guys looking after her
One or two of the staff are awful. They have treated my mum in a disgusting way to point we've had to complain several times.Staff leave people for long periods when alarm goes and do things begrudgingly. Place is unclean and smells of urine throughout. Vile place wouldn't recommend this place at all.Thankgod my mum is to go home tomorrow as has been treated badly.
