The company I work for has been a client at this firm for many years. I was recently informed that the CPA at CB, who always filed our taxes, is no longer there and therefore they were not going to file our taxes. I emailed back to inquire if another CPA could file, twice. No reply. I called and left a message. No return call. I'm astonished. I've never had a "professional firm" have such a blatant disregard for a long time client with no explanation. I would not use them again and have found another firm.
