I worked in CRC for 4 yrs, i appreciate this place because they give you opportunity to start your carer in care, staffs are well trained, still missed the residents, management are great and the owner of the place she is very nice always happy to listen to you. I enjoy my career in care today all thanks to CRC management that gave me an opportunity Thank u
This place needs shutting and the clients deserve better! And don't believe any of these 5 star reviews the management nag staff to put them up cos they know how bad the place really is.. its all employees and friends who are writing false reviews
Well where do I begin.. my family and I have had 11+ years experience with this home and it's drastically gone down hill over the past few years. If you truly want your loved one to go in to a caring, comfortable, nice home and expect them to be treated with a high level of care/compassion, then I suggest you do not choose this home. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. 100% attention and detail given to service users needs and wants all the time. Effective and efficient staff teamwork. I've always enjoyed working at CRC.
Truly encourages and cares for development of staff challenging environment.Especially with COVID, management's priority has been the wellbeing and comfort of employees.
