Do not recommend them. Dropped my taxes off two weeks ago after them saying I would have an appointment on that day. I walked in and the lady told me that they were sick and they would follow up with me the next business day. Never got a call, called them multiple times finally, someone called me back the following week and said that they would have it done that week. Going on week two never heard from them. Highly recommend, offers great services and advice. It may be a longer wait for your taxes to be completed, but it’s because they do tax planning so it’s worth the wait!
I've trusted Cherokee Tax with my taxes for three years now and they've been very supportive, helpful and responsive every time. When I ask question about my taxes and what to prepare, they are very patient and thorough in walking me through what I need and what is going on. This year was goofy, but my fault, to where their emails they were sending were going to spam. Cannot THANK Mark and his team enough for everything they have done for my family over the last 10 years!
