Been a month of having my boyfriends check go to his account for his card to never work always declines. He goes up there or calls for them to say everything is fine he can use his card. Go to pay a bill and nope still don’t. They say it’s fixed but it isn’t. Only thing that works is atm to get money at this location. Don’t recommend opening a account unless you want issues daily with not being able to use your money

I have been a loyal customer and have been banking with them for 8 years. They would not refinance a signature loan whole I only have less than a year to complete the agreement because I had to get other loans to keep living. I can't wait to finish paying them so I can be done with their business. I do most of my major banking at a different bank because they automatically took out a car payment right before Christmas without my consent and I wasn't able to provide anything for my children after suffering a heart attack.
