They're professional and kind and always willing to work with you and help you with your financial needs. Manager “Amanda” was absolutely RUDE while trying to get documents process handled, told me I was coming off as “hostile” but who doesn’t get aggravated when they’re constantly BEING INTERRUPTED by someone when trying to speak or come up with a solution to the problem at hand. Instead of trying to figure out my paystub issue she said “well I’ll just send your info and see if they deny it”.. very unprofessional and very disrespectful to customers. They require way too much for a five hundred dollar cash loan.The reason i'm trying to get a loan is because I started a new job and they held back pay.I just need to pay bills.These people want you to be with your company 4 to 6 months
